Preparing to write a Foreo UFO 2 review is dangerously relaxing. Oh, let’s just try another mask, just to be sure… just one more…

Foreo UFO 2 review: price

At first glance, the price of UFO 2 could trigger immediate disbelief. With a suggested retail price of £ 249, it’s not a cheap toy, but it’s important to compare it to the price of masks and treatments across the board. Where some people go for expensive 20 minute facials for over £ 60, others would much prefer to be able to fit that into a much shorter amount of time and enjoy the flexibility of home. Plus, no need to chat.

There are two other proposed UFOs. The original UFO and the UFO Mini 2. The heat therapy of the original UFO is not as fast and there is no advanced temperature control, but it still works with all masks activated. by UFOs. The Mini 2 doesn’t come with the UFO 2’s cryo-cooling option or advanced temperature control, but it’s even more compact and significantly cheaper at £ 159.

Unlike many other Foreo devices, you have to add the price of the masks here as well. There are over 12 different types available at varying prices up to £ 9.99 for a 6 pack. Again this adds up to the cost, but masks in the beauty world are a big expense. By comparison, something like the Hanacure Mask Kit currently costs over £ 100 for four masks, so it’s not a cheap world. UFO 2 might not look like it, but it is competitively priced.

Foreo UFO 2 Review: Design & Features

The UFO 2 itself comes in four colors and is a pleasantly heavy device that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. On one side is a decorative Foreo logo with a grippy metal coating and on the other is a smooth metal circle on which to place your choice of mask. You just have to easily unclip a plastic circle, place the mask on the surface and put it back in place with the ring. It’s exceptionally easy and another logo on the ring lets you know you’re cutting it the right way. Then, all you have to do is connect the UFO 2 to the Foreo application via Bluetooth, choose your treatment and run it under lukewarm water to clean it after use. The UFO 2 comes with a small plastic holder and the impressive battery life is recharged via an included USB cable.

The Foreo application is exceptionally easy to use and once the device is connected, all you have to do is choose from the treatments offered. Whether you’re using the Manuka Honey Mask or the Make My Day moisturizer option, it’s easy to scroll to the right mask and hit ‘start treatment’. There is also always a video tutorial for each mask, so it will always let you know if you are doing the right thing. You might want to lower the voice of the app to really feel relaxed, as each treatment is different in tone. You can still completely ignore your phone once it boots up.

Just like regular face masks, UFO masks come individually wrapped, so there is no need to worry about opening a bundle and others drying out. All you have to do is extract the sticky-coated disc from the packaging and place it on UFO 2. Does that sound weird? Just a little bit.

Foreo UFO 2 review: use

There is no getting around it. The Foreo UFO 2 is surprisingly pleasant to use. While it seems a little odd to plug your phone into anything and relax for a beauty routine, the warming and cooling technology is immediately glowing on your skin. The pulses are instantly energizing and although LED lighting claims to have anti-aging abilities, it is undeniable that no matter what. is to do is exceptionally pleasant.

Every two-minute experience is enjoyable, and this reviewer ended up with happy, glowing skin after testing four of the different face masks on offer, including the seemingly collagen-infused Youth Junkie. Can we guarantee that you will look younger afterwards? Absolutely not, but each two minute session feels like a relaxing break and it’s amazing how quickly you’ll get used to an app telling you to relax while moving a strange alien device across your face.

Even twice-weekly use seems to make a big difference to the skin, and even normally very sensitive skin prone to redness does not respond badly to treatments. This is, of course, subjective, but the treatments appear to be gentle and soothing.

Foreo UFO 2 Review: Verdict

It’s no small investment, but the UFO 2 manages to deliver soothing spa-level treatments in an incredibly short period of time. The device is exceptionally easy to use with the app, and the two-minute treatments are a revelation for those with limited time and who don’t want to slack off their skincare regimen.
