‘s blond-wood spa until March 16. But for those of us who aren’t lucky enough to make an appointment, here are her coveted tips for keeping your glow on the go.

What are the best healthy habits a traveler should adopt?
Drink plenty of water, with lemon added as much as possible as this cleanses the blood. Eat as healthy as possible, get enough sleep, and take care of your skin at least twice a day. Take all your vitamins with you as well. They help keep your body healthy and fully charged when you travel. You never know if you are going to catch germs and germs that your body is not used to. I always travel with colloidal silver, oregano oil pills, vitamin C 500 mg which I take several times a day, vitamin D3 5000 IU to keep my immune system at peak performance and a few different antioxidants to keep my body high. -energy level. You can never be too prepared.

What should a traveler do to keep their skin healthy while traveling?
Bring your beauty routine with you (buy the travel sizes in your favorite products) but always add some type of clay mask for that occasional escape. I also bring my 123 Glow Kit which is a do-it-yourself facial kit I created that gives you that “glow” when you travel and helps keep your skin looking like you just stepped out of a spa. I use this kit for that extra tender loving care when I have a big occasion in the evening.

Can you tell us about some of your travel beauty rituals?
It’s pretty much the same as when I’m at home in New York: I use the Cleansing Milk in the evening that I massage on my skin, all around my eyes to remove makeup and any other pollutants. I will then remove it with a warm, damp washcloth. I follow that up with a deep seaweed cleanse that removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface and minimizes my pores. Next is my blend of essential oils, either a sensitive skin formula or a hydrating formula, and a marine lotion which is a high potency serum, then sea water. I will immediately apply my red seaweed repair cream. all over my face and neck and massage it onto my skin until it is fully absorbed. But I also take my sea clay mask with me just in case I have a very little break from eating in restaurants and maybe not taking care of myself like I normally do.

Reflexology is part of your beauty treatments. Where did you learn it?
When I was little, I suffered from digestive problems. My feet hurt in some places. After pressing very long and hard on these places, I felt an energy rise in my legs and permeate my whole body. As I got older, I realized that I was getting reflexology treatments. As an adult, I studied Shiatsu, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage and Reiki. I use all of these techniques while working with clients to help them balance their bodies, creating a deep sense of calm, healing and relaxation.

What is a beauty regimen that anyone can do at home?
Cleanse your skin at least twice a day. At night, wash in lukewarm water with your favorite cleanser, rinse and repeat the operation, just like when shampooing your hair. Your skin takes a beating during the day from pollution, second-hand smoke, etc. If you use mild cleansers, you won’t dry out your skin by washing it too much. If your beauty regimen has enough power, your skin will reflect it. I think women should have great anti aging moisturizers with strong, pure ingredients, and masks like my Hydrating Gel mask to invigorate the skin when needed.

What do you like about traveling to new places?
I love to see how different people in different places take care of themselves. For example, women in Europe are more likely to age gracefully. I love to see what foods they eat and how they exercise and take care of themselves. There is always something to be learned from different cultures around the world, especially when it comes to food. Food is medicine. It totally affects your blood circulation which affects all organs in your body. For example, dark circles under the eyes reflect the condition of the kidney area. Eating foods containing certain herbs and spices will help cleanse the kidney area and dark circles will disappear. Your skin never lies. Different cultures eat native foods that historically have healing benefits for them. It fascinates me.
