Rosana Rivera had over a dozen children in her living room, having her hair cut for the first day of school. “We locked the door and I told everyone to come down,” Rivera said.

Business owners say the suspect had been hanging out on the streets for more than half an hour before the victim got into his car.

Witnesses say the victim’s fiancee heard the gunshots, fled her apartment and was inconsolable when she saw the horror.

Police did not disclose any further details about the incident, investigation or arrests.
