Manhasset Al Fresco, organized by the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce, will kick off on South Plandome Road on Sunday, June 27 from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., creating a pedestrian-only area from Park Avenue to Dennis Street. The Manhasset community is invited to stroll down Plandome Road to enjoy alfresco dining, shopping and shows.
Events are scheduled to take place every other Sunday, alternating every other week between South Plandome Road and North Plandome Road. North Plandome Road will be closed to traffic from Hillside Avenue to Colonial Parkway, kicking off on July 11.
The June 27 event lineup includes a classic car show from Elite Automotive Repair, $ 5 psychic readings from Mind, Body & Soul, and walk-in Covid vaccines at Manhasset Park Drug.
Live Entertainment presents local talent John Byrnes Band and DJ Kieran Ahern with party favors for the kids. Studio demonstration by Mayweather B + F Manhasset Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts. It is recommended that you bring your own blanket or chair, hang out for a while and enjoy the entertainment!
Outdoor dining available at Herb & Olive, participation from Buttercooky Bakery, For Five Coffee Manhasset and a Slice for a Life fundraiser at Villa Milano for Gift of Life International.
Stores include the local Lacrosse Unlimited stores of Manhasset, Coquette, Olive & Duntley Florists and Lincar Salon hair products.
