MADISON (WKOW) – West Towne Mall management has announced a list of upcoming businesses in the western part of Madison.
New businesses include a variety of small national stores, health and fitness studios, an arcade, and restaurants.
CBL Properties’ announcement comes at a time when shopping center storefronts across the country are vacant.
- street21 is coming fall 2021 to West Towne! rue21 is a fashion destination for men, girls, more and accessories that promises to bring customers trendy styles at affordable prices. Shoppers can find the new rue21 store near American Eagle.
- D1 Madison is a sports training center which is now open near Dick’s Sporting Goods. D1 focuses on youth athletic training, character development, team training, personal training, adult boot camps, strength training and corporate wellness.
- Lobby open this week at the south end of the property near Total Wine. Hobby Lobby is the perfect place to shop for arts and crafts supplies, fabrics, baskets, silk flowers, needlework, picture frames and party supplies.
- Obsessions Beauty Shop is a locally owned and operated fashion boutique that offers women’s clothing and accessories. Obsessions Beauty is now open and located near The Cheesecake Factory.
- Luxury doll body bar is a locally owned and operated business providing full body contouring services and cosmetic treatments including body slimming and skin tightening. Located near JCPenney, the Luxury Dolls Body Bar is now open.
- Eyebrow shaping is a locally owned and operated studio that specializes in precision eyebrow hair removal and facial hair removal. Brow Threading is now open and located near center court.
- Castles is a local family fun center with video arcade games, pinball and more! The entertainment arcade is now open and is located across from Pandora.
- Maximum custom tailor coming soon in August 2021. Located outside near the entrance to the food court, the store specializes in men’s clothing, including suits, ties, jackets, pants, shirts and the shoes.
- We are delighted to announce that The Doctor’s Smokehouse will reopen in the next week! For those who have tried Doc’s, you know that southern barbecue traditions and the dishes freshly made from ready meals are simply delicious. Welcome to Doc’s smoking room!
- Happy Feet Salon moved to an indoor space across from H&M. You can continue to enjoy massages and treatments in the new salon.
- Von Maur a new 85,000 square foot store is slated to open in fall 2022 at the West Towne shopping center. Stay tuned for ongoing progress reports on the redevelopment.
