New guidelines issued by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) relaxing shopping and hotel hours will take effect from Monday. The same guidelines will apply in the jurisdiction of the Dehu Road Cantonment Council. As per the guidelines, with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays, all stores will remain open in the Dehu Road cantonment sign area until 7 p.m. Non-essential stores will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Likewise, hotels, restaurants and bars will remain open until 10 p.m. on weekdays and will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays where only home delivery will be allowed until 11 p.m.

According to the guidelines, essential and non-essential stores will remain open on weekdays. Non-essential stores will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Public libraries will also remain open. Likewise, competition courses, training courses and training institutes will remain open with up to 50% of the room’s capacity. The guidelines called for shopping malls to remain open at 50 percent of capacity while single-screen cinemas and multiplexes would remain closed. “Gyms, salons, beauty salons, spas and wellness centers will be allowed to operate at 50% of their capacity. Air conditioners will not be allowed, ”the guidelines said.

All businesses and activities related to agriculture will be authorized. Wine merchants were allowed to stay open every day of the week.

The guidelines called for home delivery from hotels and restaurants to be allowed until 11 p.m., take-out food will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The guidelines stated that all sporting activities, including walking and cycling, would be permitted within the jurisdiction of the Dehu Road Cantonment Council area from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day of the week. week. “All essential services, government offices and emergency services required for the management of Covid-19 will operate up to 100% of their capacity,” the guidelines say.
